Who we are

What data we process

When you place an order: your name, delivery address, e-mail address and payment details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your payment details (such as card numbers) ourselves.

When you use the contact form: your name, e-mail address and message, used solely to answer your enquiry.

One functional cookie is set to remember your language choice (Dutch/English). We also use Google Analytics to measure anonymous website usage and the performance of our advertising — but only after you have given consent via the cookie notice. If you decline, no statistics or advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Why we use your data

To fulfil and ship your order, to answer your messages, and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not send newsletters or marketing e-mails.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. Data is shared only with the parties needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (contact-form e-mail delivery), Vercel (hosting), Google (statistics and ad measurement, only with your consent) and the carrier delivering your order.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept for 7 years to comply with Dutch tax law. Contact-form messages are kept until your enquiry is resolved.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to processing. E-mail leandro@br19.nl to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
