Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe, using iDEAL or credit card.

Shipping and delivery

Prints ship within the Netherlands (€10) and the EU (€15). Framed works and paintings ship within the Netherlands only (€25). Delivery in Haarlem is free.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 5 working days of payment. If a work arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) with a photo of the damage; we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Right of withdrawal

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The work must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

Commissioned or custom-made work (commissions, custom sizes) is excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Copyright

Copyright in all works remains with the artist. Purchasing a print or painting does not grant any right to reproduce or commercially use the image.

Complaints and applicable law

Complaints can be sent to leandro@br19.nl; we respond within 5 working days. All agreements are governed by Dutch law. As an EU consumer you may also use the European ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
